Sales Associate Pre-License (Two-On-One Setting)- $1599.00 for both - This is the essential course for candidates seeking a Florida Real Estate Associate (Salesperson) license. Upon completion students will receive a certificate verifying that they have completed the real estate specific educational requirement. Like the one-on-one setting this format is best for people less comfortable with a traditional classroom. The added benefit of the two-on-one is that it allows the students to work as a study team to learn the material. This format works best if the study team has an established relationship to insure that they work well together.

Sales Associate Pre-License (Group Setting)- $499.00 - This is the essential course for candidates seeking a Florida Real Estate Associate (Salesperson) license. Upon completion students will receive a certificate verifying that they have completed the real estate specific educational requirement. Group setting classes are idea for students who are comfortable with learning in a classroom environment.

Broker Pre-License (One-On-One) -$1799.00- Candidates who have been actively licensed as a sales associate for at least six months are eligible to register for this course. Upon completion students will receive a certificate verifying that they have completed the real estate specific educational requirement. One on one setting classes are idea for students who are less comfortable with a traditional classroom environment. This format provides the instructor the opportunity to ensure that the student understands the key points and concepts necessary to pass the state licensing exam. This format allows students to choose a schedule that fits their needs.

Sales Associate Post-License - $199.00 - This is a required course for all licensees who are seeking to renew their first license. This course is 45 hours in length and meets the continuing education requirement for initial license renewal. 

14-Hour Continuing Education - $140.00 - This is the classroom option for the state required continuing education.

Real Estate Math Made Understandable - $99.00 - This is NOT a required course for state licensure. It was designed to provide extra help for people who are struggling with the Real Estate Math portion of the licensure course. 

Test Prep - $149.00 - This is NOT a required course for state licensure. It was designed to provide extra help for people who are preparing for the state exam. This 8 hour class reviews the major topics of the licensure course.

Tutoring  - $145.00 per hour - This is not required for state licensure, however it is offered as an option for students of other schools who have completed the required 63-hour course and are not able to pass the state exam.
